Leon Foong

Leon is a dynamic leader with deep expertise in corporate finance and regulatory strategy. As former Head of APAC at Binance, he sat on the board of multiple licensed exchanges across Asia and drove the expansion of the business. His deep corporate finance advisor stems for his time at Perella Weinberg where Leon was licensed by FSA in the UK working on multiple fairness opinions and in market consolidation deals. He currently leads the capital markets and digital asset treasury strategy at Mythos and has led the group’s investment efforts into BTC listed companies across multiple continents.

Prior to entering the crypto space, he co-founded SOCAR SE Asia and led Uber’s expansion in Malaysia and Thailand. Leon graduated with a first class honours degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
